3. Return Process
- Email us at hello@azemee.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will verify and approve your request.
- Pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner (if service is available).
- If pickup is unavailable, you may need to ship the product to our warehouse.
4. Return Conditions
- Returned items are subject to quality inspection.
- Returns may be rejected if products are found used or damaged.
- Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
5. Refund After Return
- Refund will be processed after successful inspection of the returned item.
- Inspection and processing may take 3–5 business days.
- Refund timeline depends on your payment provider.
6. Refund Mode
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer or store credit
7. Charges
- Shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
