- Items must be:

- With all tags, packaging, and invoices intact
- Any complimentary items or gifts received must also be returned.

- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Our logistics partner will arrange a doorstep pickup where service is available.
- If pickup is not available, you may be required to ship the product to our warehouse.
3. Refund Process
Once the product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
Inspection and processing may take up to 3–5 business days after receiving the item.
Refund Mode:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically initiated within 4–5 business days after quality check.
The final credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Partial Returns
If your order contains multiple items, you may choose to return individual items instead of the entire order.
