  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • Any free gifts or promotional items must also be returned.

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@azemee.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will verify and approve your request.
  3. Pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner (if service is available).
  4. If pickup is unavailable, you may need to ship the product to our warehouse.

4. Return Conditions

  • Returned items are subject to quality inspection.
  • Returns may be rejected if products are found used or damaged.
  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.

5. Refund After Return

  • Refund will be processed after successful inspection of the returned item.
  • Inspection and processing may take 3–5 business days.
  • Refund timeline depends on your payment provider.

6. Refund Mode

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer or store credit

7. Charges

  • Shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

8. Partial Returns
